2. Orders and Payments

Order Acceptance

We review all orders before confirming them. If we need to cancel an order for any reason, we will notify you immediately. After acceptance, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not see it within 15 minutes, please check your Junk or Spam folder.

Payment

You must pay at the time of purchase. We accept secure payment methods listed on our website, and we process all transactions safely.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping

We aim to dispatch your order promptly. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability. Please note that delays caused by third-party carriers are beyond our control.

Delivery

Once we ship your order, we will send you a tracking number by email and text. Therefore, please make sure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility

You can return products within 30 days if they are unused and in their original packaging. However, custom or personalised items cannot be returned.

Return Process

To start a return, contact our customer service team for a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. We cannot accept returns without an RMA.

Postal Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error. In addition, we recommend using a tracked service or insurance for items over £20.

Restocking Fee

We charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns to cover inspection and restocking costs.

Refunds

We issue refunds after inspecting the returned item. As a result, the refund goes to your original payment method, minus restocking fees, shipping charges, and original postage.

5. Warranty and Liability

Product Warranty

Our products include a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Pint Glass Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use.
