An email to confirm your purchase will be sent. Please check your Junk and Spam folders if not received within 15 minutes

3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 Shipping: We strive to process and ship orders promptly. However, shipping times may vary based on your location and product availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
3.2 Delivery: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and text to monitor the delivery status. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate.
4. Returns and Exchanges
4.1 Eligibility: You may return products within 30 days of receipt if they are in original, unused condition and packaging. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
4.2 Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
4.3 Postal Returns: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £20.
4.4 Restocking Fee: All returned items will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price. This fee covers the cost of inspecting and restocking returned merchandise.
4.5 Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees and shipping charges and the original postage.
